#1 Sleep

Sleep is probably the most underrated aspect of life. With more sleep you will not be as grumpy and hopefully you will make it through the day with a happy attitude.

When people say that happiness is the key to success, they are not lying. When you are happy and optimistic about life, not only will you have a more positive view of life but you will also be someone people want to be around.

#3 Workout

Getting stronger and fitter will make you feel unstoppable. You can do anything which in turn will make you feel amazing.

#4 Eat Healthy

There is nothing more worth it than your body. It is the one thing that is going to stick with you for the rest of your life so take care of it. Nourish it with real food and not trash that will make you feel bad hours after eating it.

#5 Believe in yourself
